FLASH_BACKUP
Flash_Backup is my Senior Capstone short film, entirely shot in a large green screen studio. Fully digital environments and characters are used to bring the world of 22nd-century Madison to life. Started back in fall of 2024, I'm continuing work on this as a passion project with a release window of next year!
BUNS: A SERIES OF MUSIC VIDEOS
BUNS is an experimental series of narrative music videos to coincide with the release of a new album from Wisconsin hip hop artist Lazer Beam Green. I was heavily involved with planning and was solely responsible for directing, lighting, cinematography, and editing.
MEMORY LOADING
Memory Loading is a sci-fi drama that deals with relationship struggles and regret. This was another capstone short film being produced by a couple of friends who wanted my help with visual effects. I contributed by creating the memory transitions and compositing screen replacements when needed.
SHOOT
Shoot is a sci-fi short film produced for a class that follows a police officer going through an advanced training simulation that puts him in an intense domestic situation. I took on writing, cinematography, editing, and visual effects on this project.
EPIC WIZARD CHALLENGE
Epic Wizard Challenge is a comedic, mixed media animated short following two young wizards and their grandpa on wacky social media antics. My work on this project mostly involved capturing live action photography and integrating CG elements with it. Matchmoving cameras, capturing HDRIs, and compositing were crucial in combining the animated elements with real footage.
